It's pretty amazing how no matter how "old" you are, you still feel as if you're a kid or at least a teenager...
A friend told me recently that he asked his grandmother who was close to a hundred how it felt to be that old. She said that she still felt incredibly young inside, but just that her body could not keep up anymore.
I for one have not come to terms with the fact that my age when rounded up to the nearest decade is no longer in the 20s.... Sigh.
Personally though, despite feeling young in terms of being constantly bemused with the world at large, I very often feel like perhaps I'm already a hundred... that perhaps I have an old soul and that it's just quite immature. Heh.
Last week's publication of Newsbyte (the college newsletter) said that by today (Nov 13), there will only be 31 more days till final exams.
Just when you thought the news couldn't get more depressing..... :(
