All in God's hands.

Youth Leadership training camp... albeit a little heavy, was excellent.

An emphasis on personal growth, reflection and meditation gave me new perspective.

One particular activity where we wrote the issues in our lives down on a piece of paper and then put it through a paper shredder left me feeling immensely relieved, joyful, and assured.

Lifting my hands up to the sky... looking at how empty they were as compared to just previously - holding on to the little piece of paper with all my problems written on it....
I was simply in awe of how God had stretched out His hand and taken everything onto his strong shoulders.

Now it is simply a matter of persevering in faith, and remembering not to try to snatch those problems back from Him.
