Just finished a bout of yoga.
I must say one of the toughest things so far about the BES is being low on energy - I know it's a temporary thing - the body is adjusting to small meal portions and so on.
Jogging last night was exhausting.
I only made half my normal distance, and was just spent when I got back.
So today I decided to take it a bit "easier" on the cardio and do some stretching and endurance.
The brand of yoga I practise is called Power Yoga btw.... that means there's still some cardio, and it's faster paced than other types of Yoga.
Well, I wouldn't really know since I've only ever done Power Yoga and Hot Yoga.
And I liked both.
Can't believe it's actually Day 3!
I checked the weighing scale just now and discovered that despite a full stomach, I seemingly have lost about 2 kgs!
How much of that is water loss due to fast?
No idea.
How much of what's released was fat?
I'm betting at least some.
Yup... released.... that's a BES term.
I choose to release any excess weight that is not a part of my ideal self-image.
Every night as I close my eyes I think... I can't wait till tomorrow to see what changes this new lifestyle is going to bring me!
