Day 30 - Not the Last Day.
As the BES draws to a close, I celebrate ironically, by attempting to make chocolate fondant... in honour of my dad's birthday.
Somehow just by being in the kitchen and inhaling the wonderful aromas, I actually didn't consume very much of the sinful delicacy.
