The Dream Chaser

Earlier this year I realized that somewhere along the line I had given up on my dreams.

I used to dream about making music for the world to hear...
... Prince Charming and happily ever after.

Something happened along the way.
Life.
Reality.
Death.
And I found myself wondering why I was so miserable.

I had lost my dreams.


So I decided to create new dreams.
And actually achieve them.
And in reaching for those dreams,
I found happiness again.


My dream is to touch other people's lives.
Through music, through teaching in school, through counselling.
Through learning about myself and others, and learning to love unselfishly.

After 8 years... I can now sing the song I once wrote called "Dream Chaser" and truly mean the words again.
Somehow, through tragedy and loss... He has returned me my dreams tenfold.
