The Internet Makes the Small World Even Smaller!

One great thing about having internet at home is that I can actually be in touch with the people I love who are physically far away.

Having Skype means I can practically talk to my parents and some other friends every night for free.
And on Facebook, one is perpetually updated on the latest in friends' lives... from relationships to where they are, to their moods.

And finally, I loooove that many of my close friends have blogs.
It gives me a sense of closeness and being involved in their lives still.
Wonderful.

OK, so somehow there's a trend going on with my friends' blogs.
They've started blogging about the food they cook.
Which makes me go EARGGGHHH because I can't really cook in my tiny apartment - no space, no equipment, and the sink is pathetically small to wash any pots or pans in.

However, I've learned how to make a reeeeeally delicious deli-styled sandwich which comes in really handy in the course of the school day (Exerting energy to deal with my kids sure creates a voracious appetite, I tell you!).

So.... I will (at some point soon) post up a nice blow-by-blow of how I make my delicious sandwiches.

What to do... must follow the latest trends right? :p
