Festivities and Such

Coming back to Sg, I've been swept up in a whirl of festivities... well, ok, maybe just the eating kind.
Heh.

Good news is that my grandma was discharged from the hospital today.
She practically leaped for joy yesterday when she first found out that she could be discharged today. :)


So I guess things are plateauing again... coming back to that happy equilibrium that I was so afraid would be upset. I mean, you know - it's a fact of life - we all get sick, we all die.
One has to at least try to be prepared to lose our loved ones on this earth.
Yeah.... sigh...


Anyway, will get to see lotsa friends tomorrow at church in the am, then have a wedding to attend.

Monday, my parents and I are going with some church friends for a day trip to Malacca.

I've got some serious letter-writing and parcel wrapping to do for a certain someone.


In the meantime though, it's really really great to be home.
Just relaxing around the house with my parents and Clavi (our dog).

Nice.
Real nice.
