Hahahahhaa.... NOOOoo.... what is this? I make nice post and you run away??? LOL...

Hahhahahaa.... well, if I had more time, I'd blog a blow-by-blow... but leaving for MC tmw.
OK, basically it's very trial and error one:
YOu know how to boil pasta rite? So let's just talk abt the sauce:
Shortcut method: Buy any pre-prepared bottle of white sauce pasta, (opt: add 1 can of campbells cream of brocolli or such soup in) Nuke in microwave, add a bit of cheese, black pepper, herbs, smoked salmon.... TADA! HAHAHAHAHA.....
From scratch... erm, this gets complicated to be typed out.
Basically 2 cans of soup, milk, cream, cheese, mushroom/chicken stock, any veges/mushrooms of choice, caramelized onions --> put all in a pot and boil. OK, wait order: Sautee mushrooms in garlic and salt, fry onions till caramalized, add herbs, add in soup, stock, cream, milk - not too much, cheese and whatever ingredients u like, boil till thickened, add corn starch to thicken till desired consistency, add black pepper, pour on pasta, add smoked salmon on top.
Heh.
If my instructions were lousy (*note: I actually haven't done this in a loooong time - I might be missing or mixing somethings up), google for recipes online - a simple cream based mushroom sauce will do, and just add whatever u want to it. ;)
Happy cooking/nuking... let me know how it goes (ie. BLOGGIT!) :p
wahlau shiz thanks for typing it all out for me (and me alone). haha i'm glad I came back to check!!
