"Shimona" - of Hebrew origins, from what I've learned, this name either means:
To hear/listen, or
To BE heard.
In my life's journey over the last few years, I've become increasingly aware that God seeks people who will hear His words of wisdom and salvation.
So my prayer is that this blog will fulfill the prophecy of my name - that I will hear and then speak the words that God impresses on my heart.

I guess I know all that... but it doesn't change the way I feel about stuff... fear is a feeling till it's acted upon, and I'm at least praying to God to help me act contrary to how I feel. That I will not be jaded or lose faith in His providence.
