Day 5 - Soaking in Beauty.

Well, today's menu is similar to Tuesday's so I'm not posting any pictures up of today's meals.

However, I did make some raw celery-pea soup last night.

My own creation since I substituted some ingredients from the original recipe, and being the typical Asian, I added garlic to it, forgetting that RAW garlic is like 10 times more potent than the cooked form! So the soup turned out waaaay too spicy and I only managed to down about 6 or 7 spoons. Plus the peas made it really filling.

Exercise-wise, I managed to get yoga in as a warm up before heading out for my usual run which turned into a run-walk because the funky pea soup was bouncing up and down in my belly and causing an unusual ruckus.

Caught "Cassandra's Dream" with Claudius last night. I must say.... Woody Allen films are usually a little difficult to sit through, but after, they really hang on to you - you don't just forget them - unlike some fast-food movies where you hardly notice you're watching them cause they're so enjoyable, but 15 minutes after exiting the theater, you can't remember half of what you watched. Woody Allen's films by comparison are unconventionally haunting.
I don't like to say anything that might make a spoiler, so if you like Woody Allen films, go watch it for yourself! :p

Side remark: Clavi (my dog) seems to "watch" music! When I play a song, she studies the air around the speakers and starts sniffing and moving her head to the music! Ahahahaha....
