Day 6 - Bang Kuang Sushi

Ahhh... what a treat!
I was so famished by lunch time after helping out with Friendship Day at SYAS that I forgot to bring my camera out from the car boot (which I had specially brought along to school just so I could take a pic of what I knew was coming up after school - for lunch!).

So despite savoring a scrumptious raw sushi made of Bang Kuang, Beet Root, Carrot, Lettuce, some lemon peel, (which I thought was a bit much actually - was cringing from the sweetness!) and of course the seaweed sheet, I don't have any pictorial aid for today's blog to get your saliva glands going. You'll just have to imagine. Heh. :p

For dinner I had 3 delectably sweet Thai Honey Mangoes.... Mmmm....

The best thing about this Raw Diet thing I've noticed that is my mood has been more consistently positive and light. :)

Happy Sabbath everyone!

You are so lucky! We spent at least 5 minutes at the grocery to find a decent avocado, and are still waiting on our mangoes to ripen. Keely made the submarine sandwiches for Saturday, and they were wonderful! Its finally going to be nice enough that I should be able to go for a bike ride in the morning and start exercising more. Hope you're enjoying the BES!

Take care!
