Admittedly I missed out on a great dinner last night because I was so busy with schoolwork I lost track of time, and ended up grabbing a Caesar salad at Delifrance with Claudius instead.
I only just discovered on reading my buddy Viv's email and Bob's comment that I didn't print the last page of my Week 1 Menu!
Well, I'm definitely gonna try that Avacado Mayonnaise and the Take No Prisoners Submarine Rolls other time! Can't wait!
Today is Smoothie Day, and this morning my mom told me she managed to get baby spinach from the market. Finally! I'd been looking for baby spinach for the last week to no avail.
Hopefully my Green Smoothies will taste less bitter now! :p
