I'm learning how to make my fitness routines really count.
Am also learning how to balance input and output for an optimum health-level.
This includes being aware of RHR - Resting Heart Rate.
They say that the lower your resting heart rate, the more in shape you're likely to be. (see article)
In addition to some of what I already know about nutrition, I wonder what changes will happen.
2 weeks till the Shape Run.
I'm psyched and a little scared.
Jasmine and I signed up a few months ago for the 10km run.
So far I haven't really been able to get that far yet in my normal runs.
But I do feel that my stamina is improving.
This week I'll be taking it up a notch.
Cuz next week can't be too strenuous.
Hope July 20th won't be too hot... please let it be a cool day!!!
