Good day at the gym.
Wow... It feels so good to be back at the gym! The last few weeks seem to have done a crazy thing to me - I got on that treadmill and ran like mad!! Not only did I take longer to tire, my speed was a lot better! However, I decided not to overdo it, for fear of suffering the consequences tmw, so stopped after a mere 3km or so. Can't wait till tmw though- I'll be going for my first ever REAL Ashtanga Yoga class. Yays!!
